How to register

The 2012 Spring Session is held from Tuesday, April 10 until Monday, June 25, 2012.

Please fill it out and return it to us by e-mail (iicvancouver@esteri.it) or by fax (604.688.2147), or even in person, delivering it to our offices.

SOMETIMES GREAT CLASSES SELL OUT FAST!

Do not wait until the last minute to register… or you may find out that the class you were interested in is sold out! 
The deadline for registration in the Spring session is Monday, April 9, 2012. After that date you may still able to register for courses that have already started.

• All registration fees are payable by cheque made out to the Istituto Italiano di Cultura. Cash is also accepted, if cheques are not available.
• Students are required to pay the full course fee no later than April 9, 2012.
• The Istituto reserves the right to discontinue or rearrange classes. A course may be cancelled if an insufficient number of students register. In this event, cheques will be returned.
• No refund will be issued after registration (except in case of cancellation - see above). No prorated refunds will be issued to those students who start a course late or leave before the course is completed.
• Certificates of attendance will be issued to students who have attended no less than 80% of their course.
• Any class that may coincide with a statutory holiday will be rescheduled.
• Annual membership with the Istituto Italiano di Cultura is granted free of charge to all students enrolled in IIC courses. Students are welcome to attend all cultural activities and to use the IIC library resources.
• IIC offices are open Mon - Fri, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm & 2:00 - 5:00 pm (until 4:00 pm on Fri).  

Online placement test

Students who have studied Italian before will need to take a placement test to be placed in a course appropriate to their level of knowledge of the language.

You can download the test, fill it in and return it to us, either by e-mail, as an attachment (iicvancouver@esteri.it), or by fax at 604-688-2147. We will then contact you to inform you about the level you will be placed in.
